  3. Regenerate architecture docs from system/architecture.model.json.
  4. Ensure generated runtime contains observability-lgtm-compose compose assets.
  5. Keep compatibility with lineage contracts unless explicitly changed.
  6. Produce deterministic output suitable for branch publishing.
